Refunds are applicable only when multiple attempts were made to pay the fees and in no case was the fee receipt issued/generated.

Refunds once approved are credited automatically to the original source account within 7 to 10 working days

  • Missed Refund (applicable post 10 working days of refund initialization)
  • For Mobile Wallet/Card: If the refund amount is not credited to the source account, kindly check with the source bank/account concerned.
  • For Credit Card Payment: contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • For Net-banking: contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Non-Refundable Admission Fee

The admission fee paid for enrolment at Sri Aurobindo Integral Education Centre, Markapur is non-refundable once the student is admitted and the enrolment process is complete.

Online School Data Management, eTutor has no liability regarding the payments done through the website regarding school fees. Any dispute between a school who uses the online software and a parent of a student studying in the school should be settled with the school directly. Online School Data Management will never refund any school fee paid through their website.

The school that is using the software is responsible and liable for their own Refund Policy. The school will be the only one acting on their own Refund Policy.
